Personal data we process

We may process the following categories of data via our website, consultation form, phone, WhatsApp and email:

• Identity: first and last name.
• Contact: phone number, email, country / dial code.
• Health-related data: treatment of interest, messages and photos you send (special category data).
• Security data: IP address, browser data, language preference and cookies.

Purposes

• Advice, appointments and written quotations for surgery of the face, neck, eyelids, nose, brow, cheeks, cheekbones, jaw, lips, chin and ears.
• Contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Helping international patients with transfer and accommodation planning.
• Meeting legal duties and keeping records if a dispute arises.
• Keeping the website secure and improving your experience.

Legal bases

We process data under KVKK Articles 5 and 6: taking steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests, legal obligations and your explicit consent. Treatment preferences and health-related messages are special category data. Submitting the consultation form is treated as explicit consent for that purpose.

Explicit consent

By submitting the consultation form you consent to Op. Dr. Ramazan Güler processing your name, contact details and treatment-related information for advice and communication, including via tools hosted abroad (such as WhatsApp) where needed. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal stops future processing; it does not cancel storage required by law.

Sharing

We may share data with IT, email, hosting and messaging providers, with public authorities where required by law, and with partners who help plan your treatment if you ask us to. WhatsApp and similar tools used with international patients may store data outside Türkiye.

Retention

We keep data for as long as the purpose requires and as limitation periods in applicable law demand. When the purpose ends or the legal period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to a result against you that is produced solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Send requests to [email protected] or in writing to Istanbul, Turkey. We will respond as soon as possible and within 30 days under KVKK and related rules.
