Send recent photographs, the medicines you take and a short medical history. A coordinator passes these to the surgeon. You receive a proposed procedure, the length of stay in Istanbul and a written quote. Surgery is not decided from photographs alone. You are examined in person in Istanbul. Not every enquiry becomes an operation.
The quote is written for you. It is not chosen from a fixed price list. The procedure, anaesthesia, hospital nights and the airport and hospital transfers are set out on separate lines. The amount is settled in writing before you travel.
The stay is written into the quote for that procedure. Some visits finish the same day. A body operation can need longer. One rule holds for surgery: Op. Dr. Ramazan Güler decides when you may fly home. Do not lock the ticket before that clearance.
A driver meets you at the airport and also makes the hotel and hospital journeys. You stay in hospital for the nights the surgeon recommends, with nursing care and meals. One companion can travel with you.
The site is in Turkish, English, Spanish, Arabic, German, Italian and Dutch. You can send the first message in any of these. Medical consent is completed at the examination in Istanbul, before surgery. Ask about any line you do not understand before you sign.
No. You book your own flight. Check, before you reserve, whether your passport needs a visa or an e-Visa. The clinic gives dates that match the stay the surgeon accepts. It does not replace your own visa decision.
Review dates are written before you leave hospital. After you go home, remote follow-up is carried out through the coordinator. If you have shortness of breath, clear bleeding or a fever, go to emergency care where you are and write to the surgical team the same day.
